1996 FORD EXPLOYER NO AIR BLOWING OUT OF VENT COMPRESSOR WORKS FINE. COULD THIS BE A FUSE OR SWITCH?
Is the blower motor for the a/c working. Air should be blowing out somewhere if it is.
Yea it blows out but not through the vents
If the air is blowing, but not out of the vent then the door within the dash is probably broken which redirects the air from the dash to the floorboard depending how it is set. It could also be the small actuator motor which actually moves the door. Check out the internet for repairs to the 96. On newer models the entire dash has to come out to effect the repair.
