my 2012 Chrysler town and country touring shakes when it starts is that normal?

I have a 2012 Chrysler town and country it was doing the same thing and the check engine light came on. Took it to dealer it was misfiring on cylinder 3 and 5 they had to put a rear head on my town and country.
