Do you think a Audi A4 with 90k miles 2012 will last ?

I’m looking to buy this Audi A4 with 91,000 miles
with clean car fax. Should I buy this for 5,500. How
long do you think it will last as in mileage ?

It depends on how many miles you drive a year. It should last you awhile. Just take care of maintenance and repairs, there will be plenty.

Can you afford to lose your investment tomorrow or a $10,000 repair in the near future? My point is, buy it and enjoy it until it dies which may be tomorrow or years from now. Don't buy it if you NEED it for transportation. A student should forget style and buy for reliability and economy, in other words a used Toyota.

Did you end up buying it, that looks like a prestige or a premium plus and for that price that is a really good deal, you could look into a quality aftermarket warranty
