gas door won't open on 2010 VW Tiguan

I have done everything I know to release open the fuel door but it does not
open. I am getting desperate, pls help.

Had the same problem last year, my dealer was able to resolve and have not had the problem since. While no longer under warranty it was fixed without cost.
