Can i take out a factory alarm ?

I have a 1999 chrysler sebring and the alarm
is going off when ever and now my car isnt
starting ... Can I take out the factory alarm
system amd hook it back up with out it and it
start?

I had same issue with factory alarm with my Acura tsx . Make sure you not only remove the alarm module but also remove the wire that powers that module from the battery . That resolved my issue totally
