1998 chrysler sebringLX coupe just got a toon up and i got it back and it jerks like its missing and the check light started blinking why

I  just got my car back out of the shop  I got a  toon up on  it.... and  the RPM.s  stayed at about 1500  but usally  it will go down to about 1000 or 900 just idling  but it stays up at 1500 and when I put it in drive it acted like it did not want to take off it would jerk I don't know what's going n I only have 79k on it   and the check engine light is blinking

If the check engine light is blinking, there is a problem. The shop might have forgotten to hook a hose or electrical connection back up while changing your spark plugs. Take it back, they shouldn' charge you for it.
