My 1998 chrysler sebring is making a metallic rattle/vibrating noise on the front passenger side when i accelerate from a stopped position what could it be

Something is loose, check the catalytic convertor heat shield first, they tend to rust off and hang/vibrate. Remove it, have it tack welded back on, or install a large hose clamp to keep it in place.
