Hi,My car turns over but won't start.

I had this happen before after a soaking rain; that time started fine but stalled at a traffic stop. eventually restarted. Again there was a soaking rain. Battery seems to be fine, turns over but won't start.

The grounding strap from you starter is bad and needs to be replaced, This was a factory defect, should be under warrenty.
