Question type: Maintenance & Repair

OK so I stop at a light and my 2.5l starts running erraticly as if I have lost a cylinder, spark plug , whatever. So I wheel into my friends house that has an OBD reader and it comes up with P0205, open circuit injector 5. Now I have taken the intake manifold off and performed the tests recomended be Chilton Guide and all appear to have passed. 12v applied to Fuel injector- it clicks on and off while touching and removing voltage source, Resistance reading between injector blades 15ohms, supposed to be between 12-15ohms (all 6 were either 14.9 or 15). 12 volt light inserted into injector wire, pulses on and off same as all other 6 while turning over the motor. Could the injector still be bad after passing the tests?
Thanks for any input in advance.

The causes of a P0205 engine light code could be any of the following: Bad injector. This is usually the cause of this code but doesn't rule out the possibility of one of the other causes.... Open circuit in the wiring to the injector..... Short in the wiring to the injector..... Bad PCM..... Source: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0205 ....... You seem to have done all the right things maybe try one of the other listed. Especially if you can test the PCM
