Only if you already have a block heater. At this point all you can do is wait for spring or tow it to a heated garage.

Don't people know by now that car and trucks need anti-freeze not only to keep it from freezing but for boil-over protection . The car being a 2001 I wouldn't waste my time or money on it . sell it to some one that Pays 100 / Ton and cut your losses
