can the abs tone ring (Drivers side front) be replaced and whare can i buy the
ring?

You can buy them online. Search on google your make and model and tone ring. It is some wome work and detailed accuracy getting it on the axle. Use map gas to remove old ring and install new. I did it once for a customer and the labor worked out that I could have installed a new axle with ring for same price.
