i am thinking if getting a chrysler 300 but it has 259,661 miles on it should i get it?

I had an 08 Chrysler 300 Touring. Got it at 85k and ran it up to around 120k it was perfectly fine at first and then close to when i let it go, oil changes were needed frequently and brake changes. That’s about it.
