actually going thru this now. My attempt fix still ongoing. First check if your AC clutch engages when you turn on the AC. If good, must check the AC gas...some notes on this say if it is a little low, one side will not blow if you have dual. Dual climate control is another Electrical that goes bad...Then, actuator doors (under dash)may not be working and not letting air inside. This was my problem as one side did not work. Now that I took the entire dash out and replaced both while i was dismantled, I now have to take it to the dealer to what they call "recalibrate" the actuators....this may be a flash update, but when they hook up the Official OBDII , the device tells them exactly what the problem is and what needs replacing(most just do not tell you, thats how they know all problems, and charge for it)......thats if all your diagnostics checks out, meaning if no other mechanics has messed around with all the previous updates on on your car...and downloaded incorrectly...lastly, their is a blower under the glove box door,,,take off the door, turn on the car AC and look to see if the dome like hat is moving...looks like a bio-dome...you will hear it going if it is working....if you are not 5.7L, under dash will be slightly different...
