Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. I don't know what testing you've done? I saw 4 possible trouble codes for charging system, 3 po codes and 1 U code. To check codes, at the least, you need a code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes as well as po codes. Note the charging system diagram. The B+ terminal at generator, hot all the time and protected by fusible link. You can use test light to check for voltage, if no voltage, something wrong with fusible link or wiring circuit. The bottom wire on left in diagram, is a chassis ground, you can check that the way you would any ground, test light touching voltage, touch the black wire terminal, If the lite comes on ground good enough for lamp. The bottom wire on the right, field control, controlled by the pcm, that is a duty cycle on that circuit. Other than testing, I'm not sure how to help.
