Toyota Highlander has a damaged baffle that has caused engine issues. It is a 2011. Platinum warranty from Toyota Financial Services is only offering parts for repair with no labor. What should I do?
What sort of baffle, where is it located?
It's the baffle underneath where you add the oil. Apparently, Toyota has designed the car if you do a typical oil change it can force a metal piece into your engine that causes the car to stop working immediately. This happened 2 months after the oil change.
Who changed the oil?
