2011 expedition xlt tailgate won't open with any button and makes no noise when activated already checked #14 fuse ans disconnected battery to reset and nothing ? Any options ?

You might have a bad lock actuator.

If the lock actuator is staying locked it would stop the tailgate from working. If you can get to the back of the mech, try to manually unlock that door and open again. If that doesn't work, some disassembly may be required.
