Did you have the battery tested? Not" do the headlights come on" but an actual Load test.

yea battery was tested came back good

Is your motor froze up? See if you can turn it over with a breaker bar on the front pulley nut. If you can't turn it over, pull the plugs and try again. Has the car been sitting for a long time? Any other history we should know about.

I have the same problem and I don't know what to do my car has been sitting up for almost two wks what to do?

The same answer applies to you also. WARNING: the plugs on the 5.4 can (will) give you a lot of problems. Google removing them.
