Suburu 2011 Premium 2.5, 199,500 miles on it

Hello Subaru experts...

I am looking at a Suburu Outback 2011 premium with 199,500 miles
on it, for 7.3k no tax.  Has Harmon Kardon sound system package (no
sunroof). It was maintained by a retired Air Force general (82 years old).  He
took good care of it. He replaced the CVT at 198,200 miles (Feb. 2020), new
front brakes at the same time, and tires still with plenty of tread (Michelin).  
He has the documentation for all of the work done.  

I am aware of possible front wheel bearing issues.  Hoses appear all good, I
see no oil leakage.  I would have to repair some chips in the front paint from
highway driving, but I don't see anything else besides that.  And two small
dings in the windshield. As one small door ding on the door (very hard to
notice), that is the only damage. It doesn't look like he used the back seat at
all, looks perfect. Driver seat is in decent condition for this many miles.  
Overall interior is excellent condition.

If I buy:

1. My question is, do replaced head gaskets sometimes do better than the
originals? How many miles can I expect to maybe get out of it?

2. What else is there to look out for? I only plan on driving it
about maybe 5k miles a year.  It would not be driven daily and would not be
used as a work vehicle. Would be used primarily for family vacation trips, and
occasional usage. Mostly all highway driving here in a rural area.
3.  How many years can I expect to get out of this vehicle?

Side note, in Washington state you don't find deals on Subaru's. They are the
vehicle of choice around here and sell for high prices (about a 1 to 2k more
than average at least it seems).  The Subaru Outback is the most popular car
in the Seattle area by statistics.  Although, I am in county across the water
from Seattle in a rural area.
