I have a 2003 Cadillac DeVille change the
water pump change the thermostat new
radiator it's still running hot

Jim, Why exactly do the Northstar engines blow head gaskets?

All I can suggest is before you part with any $$ do everything you can to make sure all the air is out of the cooling system. Park it uphill or jack the front up when bleeding it. Then try Block Tester (you can rent the setup from Advance or Autozone) or a cylinder compression test (you can also borrow that tool from same) to confirm everyone's worst fear.
