How to get my car running after water

My car went thru water and stopped.My Car
turn over with starter fuild.but when you
give it gas it Cuts off.my fuel pump is
turning on

Pull the spark plug wires and dry out the boots. When re-installing them use dielectric grease on the boots to keep out water. Check all the ignition system connections and make sure they are dry.
