Anyone with a e46 bmw 330 have problems with 1st to 2nd grinding? Thanks

Do you have a manual trans? Any type of grinding no matter what it is isn't a good thing. Get it checked out before more damage is done. Probably your slave cylinder or syncros.

I had the same problem, it was a slave cylinder, cost about 700, good luck.
