Motor producing heat but never runs hot .

Why is my 2002 BMW 330i making much
heat from under the hood ? Temperature
stays in the middle and never runs hot , just
a lot of heat outside the car .

Engines make a lot of waste heat. If the coolant is not overheating then everything is OK.
