i have a 2000 BMW 323i and i changed the radiator the reserve small tank the top hose i bled it added BMW coolant but in a long ride the meter show its hot I disconnected the sensor from the bottom

Did you bleed the system properly? Car off, cold, turn key to on only, do not start car. Heater to 91, then add coolant to the expansion tank while the bleeder screw is off. Fill till coolant comes out of bleed screw without any air bubbles. Close up and drive.

once the sensor is disconnected and the fan stays on at all times will that affect the reading of the temperature meter inside the car on the dash board ????
