I have a 1999 bmw 328i the heater will not shut off.

99 bmw 328i when I pull the key out of the
ignition the heater still stays on. I don't
know where the relay is or if there is one for
the heater.someone help pls and thank you.

It's a failed final stage resistor.. aka blower motor resistor. Located under the dash, under the HVAC unit......http://www.bokchoys.com/differential/diy_final_stage_unit.htm
