The heater is only blowing cold air

I had the same issue as everyone else - no heat on the left side of the car: replaced heater core, actuator, blend doors (all), thermostat, flushed 3 times, multiple shops and dealership could not resolve. Every winter my dodge avenger's heater stops working. I've had the heater core replaced,the thermostat. The blend doors flushed the system. It started working last winter. Now again it started blowing cold on the passenger side and now no heat at all. I've spent so much money on this
