What if car did not match listing?
What should I do if a car did not match the listing.
Dealer advertisement on CarGurus stated 2010 Veracruze Limitted with leather, chrome wheels and navigation package. -- I called and reviewed the ad with the dealer. We settled on a price and they delivered the car to me. It does not have the navigation system. This is a big ticket item. Should they install it? Can I force them to?
You do have some recourse. First thing I would do is call them let them know you aren't happy. I assume they won't add the Nav unit, but demand some compensation back in money for it not being there and have your own installed. Good Luck.
