after Transmission Flush, Leak in oil at the valve

Asked by Guru29BFV Feb 20, 2020 at 01:35 PM about the 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A car mechanic finished a transmission flush two months. And this month the
check engine light came up. I took it to a honda dealer and the dealer stated
that the Power steering Pump had to be resealed. And the other was the
Pass Rear shock was leaking. Are there any links to the previous repairs.
How much would it cost for resealing the power steering pump? And how
much for the Rear shock leak fix and how is that fixed? Replacing with a new
one etc?

1 Answer

The PS problem is unrelated to the transmission flush. For costs get a quote from your mechanic. Leaking shocks are replaced (in pairs), not repaired.
