2010 Equinox LT speed sensor replacement?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Can just the speed sensor assembly be replaced without replacing the entire
wheel bearing assembly?  My dealer replaced the entire bearing assembly.

yes...going from experience there is ONE bolt that holds it in~

My "Service Stabilitrk" light came on originally. Is the speed sensor the one the service dept would be referring to when they said " the sensor is bad"?

possibly over twiggy, branchy country one wire was snapped or flexed till broken...have the service guys check this out on their quarter~ cite recalls..will find if you need~
