IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SPOILER BUT YOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL FOR THAT CAR

Odd that it doesn't have the rear spoiler. Guessing someone special ordered it new from a Ford Dealer without it?? If you're getting it from a Ford Dealer, MAYBE you can negotiate a deal to have them install one, since it should come with one (You could always BS them and tell 'em another Dealer has the same car/same $$ with spoiler...LOL).

Are you sure that it's supposed to have a spoiler? Does it have the other premium items. Is someone passing off a lesser model for the higher valued Premium model?

There was a spoiler delete option. Personally, unless there is anything but a small flush mount spoiler, I prefer not to have one. Sounds like a good deal. Go for it!

That price is insane! Sounds at least $6k low to me. At that point I would almost be worried why...

I have 09 GT premium with a glass roof 45th badges & a GT style spoiler. check the vin.numbers.

Yeah, I've had mine since new...I'm not the one who posted the question ;-) I absolutely love the car and will probably buy another when it comes time. I have about 53k miles on mine now and have had almost no trouble. Best car I have ever owned by far!
