Help finding name for hose

Asked by Justin Jul 07, 2017 at 03:31 PM about the 2008 Pontiac G6 Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This hose broke and idk what it is it called. I called
and the guy at the auto parts store told me it's
okay to drive still, but  I don't want to risk it. It's
about 4-5 inches and it connects from the top left
of the engine to the air filter chamber part.

breather tube/hose. You can go to any auto store and get a rubber hose cut to that length that has the same diameter. It's just used for air, nothing special. Cut with sheers and put a clamp on it if ineeded.
