Broken bolts into mechanism that holds vacuum hose and down

I broke a boat trying to tighten it down onto the
bracket that holds the vacuum hose connector that
went down into the motor. Could you tell me the
name of this vacuum hose and it's connector and
also how to remove the broken bolt without a drill?

I don't really know the answer but this is the end of that vacuum hose the connector that went into that slot you see
