Why is my all of sudden losing power

The lights and locks started acting crazy and rpms being really weird and all
the lights on my dashboard  came on the radio was popping off and on until
everything completely died

Low battery voltage doeant go over well with electronics... everything goes retarded

I agree. Sounds like you need a new battery although it could simply be a bad connection or ground. Mine does that from time to time in damp weather. I switch my headlights to high beam for a couple of seconds and it fixes it every time. I know, weird, but that's what happens. I hope you're that lucky, but don't count on it.
