Was unsatisfied with vehicle interested in, dealer pushed that they had another vehicle that was great and dependable. Gave in after telling them no, drove out with vehicle that was brought out and in there words better. Not month later left on side of road hitchhiking back to town in 90 degree heat and couldn't get a return call from dealership to follow up with the warranty service they offer. Rate this dealership lower than 1, 1 only being cause it won't send a rating. Poor

The salesman, RJ, was very prompt in responding to my inquiry about the car. When I decided to proceed with the purchase, he was very accommodating in answering my questions and delivering the car to my hotel, since I traveled from another state and was not familiar with Salt Lake City. Other than a few glitches with the financing and extended warranty process, I was able to drive my new car home safely and satisfactorily.

Nice employees-fair prices. Only problem is too many choices. Lots of nice clean cars.

They have contacted me twice to see if I was interested yet or if there was anything they could help me with - I have had to put my search on hold for now

At first they responded, then when I asked about any engine leaks or rust on the truck, nothing. I told them I wanted to buy both trucks NOTHING! Terrible terrible terrible.

They didn't have the truck they are advertising on hand but said they would let me know when they did have it. That was over a week ago and no contact since. Not impressed by them at all. Don't list something you don't have available for sale.

It appears that the above yellow car in this photo is just a stock photo and not the actual car for sale. When contacted on June 1/2020, I was told it is a black car. Since I was looking for a car meeting the description of the above (yellow with black stripe), I did not pursue it any further. I feel this may be a bait and switch. I still see that the same unavailable yellow/black car in being advertised, most likely just to get you to contact them.

Entire under carriage of the truck was rusted. Possible water damage.

Not great about responding to direct emails and questions. But honest and didn't waste my time driving there to test drive and says price is steady

I didn’t end up buying the car I had requested to see but I bought a really great Chevy Cobalt. It’s my first car and I love it. The dealer was super kind to me and my dad and even offered to check out the car when something started acting a bit funky. We got it all sorted out and the car runs amazing. Dealers great took a couple days longer to reply unfortunately for them we purchase a van for the same price cash down the day before they replied... otherwise very nice and very polite service email and would have purchased their van in a heartbeat

Warren is an awesome and friendly salesman! My concerns were that after going to the dealership to test drive this truck I discovered that it had a strong fuel/exhaust smell which worsened while driving. I mentioned it to Warren whom got it checked out and discovered it had a gas leak!!! WHOAH!! This truck had a recent inspection sticker of 6/2021 there’s no way this truck could have passed a proper inspection. Also the truck is double the price that the truck is worth. No thanks!!
