Why can I not switch gears when the car is on? I already replaced the clutch, FW, TOB and pressure plate, yet to no avail.

I replace the the clutch, Trow out bearing, pilot, fly wheel and pressure plate.
Nothing changed...

You mean the shifter wont move? pull it back out and repair the shift shafts perhaps. bushings can fall out. I bet.
