car won't go VSC AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON

Catalayic converter or ignition coil packs would be my guess, I just replaced 1 of the 2 on my Highlander and it cost me 1000.00 ,. But it's 210,000 miles and still going strong!

Let me be more specific, I replaced 1 of the 2 catalayic converters, the back one, where 3 of the 6 Ignition coil packs are,. Under that manifold b.t.w cost me 1000.00 for the parts and labor. But it's def not an easy job!

My 06 Highlander is doing similar but it will still crawl it just shakes bad and if you go it shuts off it runs fine just won't accelerate pretty much and it's only in the 100.000 mile range ???I really need help
