If I replace the abs sensor in a 2008 Grand Prix will it help an issue of stalling all of a sudden

No. the two are unrelated...I'd look to a vacuum leak for the stalling...change out butyl rubber with silicone~

If it's stalling when approaching a stop I'd clean the IAC (idle air control valve) and throttle plates. HTH. -Jim
