Where is the TPS location?

I do not have any lights on and my car is running at a higher RPM, almost 3x.  
Trans fluid looks good so I figured it is the throttle.  I have not done this work
before and I don't know if the sensor is on/in the throttle assembly or near the
engine.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like you're guessing. Go to a mechanic and have this properly diagnosed. After that you may elect to have the mechanic fix it or you can use his diagnosis to do the work yourself. And for fifty bucks, you can buy a good repair manual that will guide you.
