My 2002 Volvo was towed away a few days
ago and I'm wondering if I can use it as a
down payment without getting it out if I sign
ownership over to you guys

I cannot imagine anyone would give you more than $5 for an old car in the impound that has fine and towing charges due. BTW - we guys don't buy or sell cars.
