My windshield wipers work when they want to. We have
replaced the motor and wipers. They will stick while in use
and we have to keep clicking the switch for them to work.
Any ideas why this is happening.

    Hit bump driving 2008 dodge charger now wipers stay on even if car is off and keys are out. Able to turn speed up but not completely slow or off unless i remove the fuse
