'99 Acura RL Timing Belt Service

Asked by Apr 17, 2017 at 01:44 PM about the 1999 Acura RL 3.5 FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am told that my local Honda dealer will change the following:
Timing Belt  /  Serpentine Belt  /  Water Pump  /  Tensioner  /  Upper & Lower Water Hoses (if necessary)
While this work is being done, is there anything else (oil sending unit, etc.) that should be checked, changed or serviced?

1 Answer

Check for oil leaks since you are going to be completing this type of service.
