where is the external voltage regulator found in the 1987 buick regal 5.0l the altenator is putting out the right amount of volts when i test it and someone told me that there's a external voltage reg
the car is losing power and threre is a loud sqweeking sound that i cant diagnose the
radio cuts off and on and the lights dim and also the gauges sometime go haywire can
