On my 1993 Buick Regal Ltd. 4dr. I inherited this car from my mom read the Manuel does anyone know that when the car is being driven then put in park ,should the doors unlock ?

no....get a NEW battery....clean the 1/0 battery connection from the battery to the chassis ground~...this renewed voltage should make your BCM function properly~
if it bothers you, check the owners manual. there may be a way to turn it off. all new gm vehicles do this.
