Does this mean I need a new battery

So my car was driving fine an then I came home shut it off
went back outside to start it an nothing at all made no turn
over click nothing then I hooked it up to another car an all
the lights everything worked an the car was making the
clicking noise for the turn over but wouldn't start an now
when I close the doors the locks go crazy is that meaning
my battery needs to be changed?

Sounds like a bad battery but you should also test the alternator. How old is the battery?

Idk I biut the car almost 2 years ago an never changed the battery but theres like corrosion I guess on the battery from what mu neighbor said

Water got on the inside of my dashboard heavy rain into the car, after that the lights was on and buzzing but the button was not on I had to take the battery loose after I took the battery loose I tempted to close the hood and it would not lock do it have something to do with the battery or the water entering behind the dashboard as to why the hood would not close and lock?
