how to get the radiator out,it wont come up past the condenser

It's a 97 Mercury mountaineer 5.0 V8

Trying to replace the radiator and it won't come out

Yes but no one told me how to get it out now got it out and new one won't go back in its the correct radiator but it won't go in the way it came out . Ideas please.
