2002 buick centry overheating

I have a 2002 Buick Century custom I got the
radiator replaced and my thermostat it is
still overheating and I have water dripping
from my muffler tailpipe it also tricks and
turns off especially when I climb Hills what
is wrong

You have the 3.1L V6. These engines are notorious for blowing head gaskets. Pull the oil dipstick. If it has white milky "goop" on the dipstick it's definitely going to be the head gasket. In my opinion, on a 15 year old car, it's not worth fixing. HTH. -Jim
