our 1996 bucik century starts. the dash lights, headlights and tail lights will not come on either. we checked the fuses under the glove box and everything is good. not sure what the next step to take with this is... anything?

Check your connections. You either tapped into something you shouldn't have or unplugged, removed or broke a wire.

im not 100 % on the location of the fuse box under the hood. everything was working for a week, it was yesterday when all the lights flashed off then came back on. then today it all went down.
