Bought a head key to program at dealership they were able to program to start car but won't unlock or lock doors

for chrysler dodge and jeep

You'll have to program the fob separately from the actually key programming. Surprised the dealership did help you with that. Do you have more than 2 working fob, then you can do it yourself. Instructions are in your owners manual. I would think the fobs would work, but not an expert.

Fob should be similar to the one you have, without pics and part numbers I can't determine if in fact you have one that will work.
