TRY HEAVY CABLE JUMPER FROM BATT TO STARTER THIS WOULD BE A SOLENOID TEST

There is no solenoid on this rig the skim reader doesn't recognize the key security is active tow to dealer reprogram key and skim problem solved 1hr and a tow bill. That's cheaper than throwing parts at it

The security system locks out starter and fuel pump to prevent theft exposure to high frequency electromagnetic such as (the anti theft pad at Wal-Mart mart) the pad the rub your purchase over so the thing doesn't summon ever store cop. Can wipe your key, skim reader is what "reads" the key the bcm body control module sends a signal all is in harmony and it sends a signal to ecm to start.

These vehicles have problems with solder joints on instrument cluster circuit boards. Ive got em to start by a wack to top of dash at the cluster.
