2006 sebring convertible heater blowr

to add to my other question....
i do have some heat coming out..also a couple weeks ago my heat and defrost wouldnt work on the first 2 settings-it would only work on settings 3 & 4

You may have a bad blower motor resistor module. This module has several resistors in it to limit the voltage to the blower motor reducing the speeds. If one or more of the resistors fail (open circuit), this will result in no fan on those particular fan speed settings at the rotary switch.
