You are in the limp mode, you need to have the car scanned for the code for what's causing it to go into the limp mode.

I owned a chevy cruze did that all the time,big issue no recall at all for that.we paid 160 to fix it,had warranty but it did not cover that.we drove on the winter highway it reduced power,we shut off car worked again,barely
